This Privacy Policy explains how SOTHING TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("SOTHING," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the SOTHING US Store, contact us, create an account or otherwise use our services.

Who we are

• payment information processed by Shopify Payments or another payment provider; we do not receive or store your complete payment-card number;

• device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral source and interactions with the Store; and
• marketing preferences and other information you provide voluntarily.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• operate the Store, process payments, confirm orders and provide customer accounts;
• fulfill and deliver orders, provide tracking and communicate about delivery;
• handle questions, returns, refunds, warranty requests and product-safety matters;
• detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
• maintain, analyze and improve the Store, our products and customer experience;

• comply with legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We disclose information to providers that help us run the Store, including Shopify, payment processors, Amazon fulfillment services, carriers, customer-support providers, analytics providers, marketing providers and professional advisers. They receive information appropriate to the service they perform. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising disclosures may be treated as "sale," "sharing" or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, you can use the Cookie preferences or privacy choices made available on the Store to opt out.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential Store functions, security, remembering choices, analytics and marketing. Essential technologies are required for the Store and checkout to operate. Optional technologies are controlled through the Cookie preferences link in the footer where available. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional order or support messages.

International processing

SOTHING and our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute and legal requirements. The period varies by record type and legal obligation. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to required retention and backup cycles.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card numbers through email or a support form.

Children

The Store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information can contact us to request review and deletion.

Third-party sites and services

The Store may link to services that have their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern an Amazon marketplace purchase, a third-party website or another retailer's service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required.
